Overview:
In memory of Amanda Hoffmann-Smith, the scholarship offers financial support to a Rapid City high school or Douglas High School student who wishes to better the world with their life.
The scholarship provides $7,000 (one-time, given over two semesters).
Eligibility criteria:
- Current high school senior in the Rapid City Area School system or Douglas High School
- Anticipating completion of high school diploma at the time of application
- Planning to pursue a 4 year degree at an accredited post-secondary institution
- Applications for this scholarship are due by April 15th. All elements of the application, to include the recommendations, must be received by the deadline.
